So Much Bad Outlook on OIL!

It seems everything that is out there is Bad regarding the price of OIL!....One has to wonder "IF" everything OIL is really as bad as we are lead to believe; I know I see just down ahead for OIL and just about everybody else seems to be viewing it the same way; The Contrarian in me wants to look at it from the side of Value in various OIL STOCKS but this relentless fall makes it very hard to view the Outlook for OIL positively....Is there anybody her who thinks OIL will go UP this year?
