The last thing the company wants is to fall foul of the FDA process and making any public statement is potentially going to do that.

The side reference to our pending application is fine but a specific PR about "still on going" or what ever would be a disaster and may get them to start over.

If you can not wait you haven't been here long Been waiting 7 years for the day and I expect it to come in the next 6 weeks but if it takes 6 months so be it My BIEL shares are my best performing stocks of 2016 (apart from SPY Puts of course)
