no evidence of recent dilution - that's why it hasn't gone below 8 for months

just because the A/S was increased doesnt mean the need to access them - sort of an insurance policy not needing to wait for board approvals if in the future then need access to the cash. Recent trading shows that they are managing very well on current cash flow.
