#8069 RE: HeedTheChief #8067

LMAO - I never said that the VTCQ was put on hold. That's somebody else's contention. Show me link where I stated as such.
I said the old contract did not become null and void as someone else claimed.

What I said was they were still operating under old contract re: the sale of VitaStiks. The evidence is the continued growth of the number of Korean retailers since the date of the original contract with VitaCig Korea (for example).

If their operations were "put on hold" why would there be any growth at all in the number of Korean retailers if they had nothing to sell? If there were nothing to sell, why would the VitaCig Korean website be alive, operating, and selling vitaStiks? If VitaStiks weren't selling in the EU and Korea, how did VitaCIG EU collect data indicating they had a 40ish% resell rate of VitaStiks?

If all this selling of vitastiks was going on overseas, why hasn't a commission been reflected in VTCQ USA or MCIG USA top line? Hmmm.....because they gave the house away for the VitaStik as a loss leader product.

Again, I'm okay with VitaStiks being a loss leader product overseas. Anybody who has a vested interested in VTCQ should want VitaCig EU and VitaCig Korea to buy CBD based products. It's as simple as that - because it's the CBD products where VTCQ USA will get a very small commission.

And, yes, VitaStiks failed domestically once already. It wasn't because they didn't try - it's because it didn't sell well here in the USA; which is why they tried to go over seas.

LMAO..."didn't try" SMH.

Oh, here's an interesting quote from a poster

I believe the entire payment may have been received but, in any event, only about $125,000 was booked (i.e. shipped) before they discovered the issue with the shipment being returned by Korean customs. The money was then sent back (credited) to Omnicam until they sorted out how to circumvent the customs issue. They've only recently started realizing revenues from Korea again (1st quarter).
