Thanks for your input. How easy or difficult is it for a company like GTE to fly at Edwards? What permissions are needed and must a company have a contract with the military before they are allowed access to EAFB.

If one were to look for a milestone to gauge likelihood of success with the strat for commercial purposes, what would be your pick? I have seen some say the ability to stay aloft for greater than 48 hours as this would show the solar cells recharging the batteries.
