Janice. Not to mention the legal fees they must be incurring. At some point they have a decision to make. Keep spending $100,000's on what is starting to look like an unwinnable case or keep running up the legal tab. This is just my opinion but they seem to be throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what will stick at this point.

Certainly doesn't seem like there is a strategic approach , it's almost like,they are throwing you know what at the wall to see what sticks ..
