I'd much rather get delisted than get RS again ...10/1 this time.

Volgoat, I think the question should be how much longer before some Big Pharma says "OK... OK....we will give you the percentage you want....but you get this and we need this % at price x"

Price x is looking awfully tempting at this time and I imagine a 25% investment return on Billions of dollars is yes, exactly... 25% more profit. I am not saying that some Big Pharma will get it at these prices today but it could mean the difference between $4 vs $3 and for every Billion invested at $3 vs $4 =25% more in return to some Big Pharma.

Actually, I made a math error lol .... a Big Pharma investing in at $3 vs $4 would be doing better than 25%, like as in 8% better for a totel of 33%

Dart must be glad to have got the fixed buy-in at $1.08 (remember, Dart signed away rights that he couldn't use those shares for voting for any take-over attempt of Peregrine)

...and I'm glad I know better to buy and hold and not fall for any noise

goat...

i suspect that they did 5:1 last time specifically so funds couldn't buy since they didn't get it to 5 bucks...they would have lost 'control' if pros could buy.

10:1 at that time would have brought in II, which they likely didn't want, and I suspect they still don't.

of course, if they had brought in II, they would have been sold out by now, and maybe my terminal brother-in-law (nsclc..found out on Christmas Eve) would be able to get approved bavi/combo by now, instead of spending his few remaining days dotting i's and crossing t's in his will.

while this BOD may eventually bring a helpful drug to market, their holier-than-thou attitude may have contributed to the premature demise of thousands over the past few and next few years by refusing to play ball.

i'm all for a 10:1 r/s. always have been.
