Not much has changed. None of this is new information.

Everyone knows that including me.

What I am driving home is that when I mentioned this large increase in AS and said this would tank, all I got was 'yeah right' 'its for the merger, no big deal' and 'totally expected'. All those same people, save for one or two, consistently said "buy the cheapies" all the way down to this level. Every time. This. This is what I am getting at.

And like I said again, all of this would have been null and void and I would be eating crow, had the expected news developed or had any project come to fruition in this time range since the increase.
