Wow. That's a twist I hadn't thought of.

I usually just throw these things in the trash unopened. Guess I better start opening since I don't want to be sucked in as an unwilling participant in this charade. Definately opting out.

All that will get you is the privilege of not participating in any settlement, should one occur. It won't save the company a plug nickel or prevent the furtherance of the complaint.
