Whether or not this latest new thing is THE DEAL or not, whoever they do acquire will be a massively profitable entity with these huge write offs in the bank.

If MFF isn't the acquisition target - it can still use it as an example in terms of size, capitalization, profit potential, growth potential as a way to guesstimate what the pps of WMIH Corp would be following acquisition of a company with similarities.

Post 443919 for my opinion on what pps would be if WMIH Corp acquires any company with around $1 billion annual profit.

There is huge potential here for WMIH Corp especially with acquisition funds and NOLs.
