I don't know exactly what was discussed at the conference. I just know the PR on Friday mentioned AMBS acquiring a immuno-oncology-focused diagnostics company.

This guy on Twitter is claiming to know the specifics about the deal and that it will cost 85 million shares and says they plan on doing a 1:4 reverse split.
