You forget the BIGGEST new development.
Dr. Linda Liau's video confirming high likelihood of DCVAX-L success becomes widely circulated.

With FDA requiring cross over arm, where once placebo patient's disease progresses they get the DCVAX-L treatment, not surprising everyone is living longer than expected per Dr. Liau. She says it is really like a trial where they are comparing patients getting early DCVAX to those getting the DCVAX later. Not surprising at all that all patients are living longer if DCVAX-L is working well, but it is easy to see how this would great complicate & extend phase-3 trial time.
Dr. Linda Liau is unbelievably compelling and convincing especially since she is not trying to convince anyone of anything - just being honest giving both pros and cons of the various treatments.
Essentially DCVAX L increases overall survival time for the whole group of patients, but is less effective for some patients but even more importantly it appears to be a cure for 25% of the GBM patients and Dr. Liau is trying to figure out how to make it more effective for all of them. Also one can see how genuinely concerned she is for each GBM patient she treats talking about how one patent's life was extended long enough to see his kids to kindergarten and another was essentially cured and was able to see his child go to high school.

Yes I think you forget (or deliberately neglected) to include the most import new development.

That doesn't quite cover everything RBSky. LL presented follow-up data to the early DCVax-L clinicals that shows a 25% survival rate beyond 5 years, and suggested it is now about 6 1/2 years for most of that 25%. An apparent cure for 25% of GBM patients while survival beyond 5 years has typically been about 4%. Wow!!!!

What I worry about, and expected you to bring up is this reported positioning of Woodford and 3M(?) to sell shares. People are acting like that is a good thing here. Why is that a good thing? Woodford was in for the long haul... now not so much?
