I agree with the under $1 pps for 30 days criteria but I am referring to being a newly listed stock and under 120 days on the new exchange. All of the litigation must be drawing the attention of the sec. I see a much greater potential for profit if this pps were to fly compared to shorting a $4 stock. I am just trying to put the pieces together on this. Some posters blindly pump this stock without looking objectively at all of the information being presented. Why has the short interest has been so successful?
