Oh yes, he absolutely is, though he still maintains a law office in L.A. The judge seems puzzled by that, and Kenny has yet to offer a satisfactory explanation. It's not as if he has any clients left. His remaining two have been arrested.

Back when his suit against IHub and the Nasty Bashers began, everyone naturally thought he lived in L.A. Imagine our surprise when months into the action he announced that he needed to attend a hearing telephonically because he lived in Paris. That news came as a surprise to the judge as well. At that time, he and his Russian Bride were living in an apartment in Paris; there are photos somewhere on this board. It seems they're no longer there, but living in Russia, perhaps with the Bride's mother, who's a doctor.

Do you think he really lives abroad and does nott provide legal services (e.g., 144 opinion letters, rendering legal advice to pennystock scammers) using his CA office and/or license?

For awhile, he did that. But as noted, he doesn't have any clients left. And he's been banned from practicing before the Commission, and is also on OTCMarkets' prohibited attorneys list. So he writes books about bees. And spies.
