A company's uplisting to a higher exchange is not a quick matter. It takes several months or even more depending on the situation and it requires following some requirements. One of them is the financials, specially the S-1. ESCU has already filed S-1 and is now waiting to hear about the status of its S-1 filing.
When will ESCU quality for the uplist? No one knows until we hear from the company about it.
