To the board: My intent is not to bash or draw fear and panic simply stop all the hope and dream crap and find some real Info.
IF/When the filings are done we should know and understand that the annual for 2014 will be terrible along with the first and definitely second quarter of 2015 (after all they did try to de-list), the third quarter 'might' show some forward looking statements and will let us know who is who and where this is going if anywhere...
I fear that digging into the company is still being done and we may not hear anything till mid year or later after all they have been investigating since 2011 and just started charging people...
Merger rumor? Lol who gonna buy a company with this much turmoil and alleged fraud while being investigated? Until it's cleared I wouldn't spread that falsity anymore.
We are looking for investors to help stabilize so instead of all this nonsense of well she meant this or that why not find some real info to go off of... After all 'she' may not even be there and it's all back on Neil Fogel shoulders...
Is there a board of directors? Who are they and are they still involved? What products do they no kiddin have? Are the subsidiaries real or fake? Did they produce the movie in the Appalachians or not? What rights to other movies do they still have? (Sold off for debt?) The CFO is the only steady piece of the puzzle what's his story?
