Opening Prices higher than yest close=Gap Up.

Gap up refers to a price increase in a pre market trading session that causes the stock to open higher at the opening bell. Since this stock hasn't been trading in pre-market sessions it technically can't gap up but the price can change very very quickly at the opening bell. That's my understanding anyway
