From the post to which I responded:

Are you hearing talk of lower than 20 barrel oil...Could this kill the NTI deal!!

I answered the query as best I could while allowing that I'm not particularly interested in NTI's fate now that I have but 200 units.

The poster was wanting opinions as to the possible downside to the WNR/NTI merger, given the low oil pricing at present.

Obviously there are two items under discussion simultaneously.
