Lol, " 1% was an example ".
Sure it is, and used for a specific purpose and agenda.

What do you mean, why VitaCig should get 25%?

Germany already had an agreement with VitaCig.
The whole concept, formula, flavors, etc,,, came from
VitaCig.
Regardless of whether you think they should or not,
they, ARE, receiving 25% on one of their products.

To think the the scale then for the other product is
1%, is illogical.

January 1st, 2016 to December 31st 2019, is FOUR YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, it is a four year agreement, with a fifth year option, lol.

Readers in this forum aren't just that dumb, lol.

You're correct on only one thing. Readers aren't that dumb. They recognize misinformation and speculation repeated ad nauseum. As a moderator I will stop this thread as duplication since the same point has been made over and over and has gotten very old.

Any prior agreement with Korea was nullified when Korean customs sent back Korea's initial order to VitaCig as Vitasticks were not covered under their regulations as an importable product. Since they didn't contain nicotine, they could not be classified as e-cigarettes which fall under existing regs.

There is no current agreement with Korea. Any future agreement depends on whether the products can clear customs and may require shipment of components for assembly in Korea. Consequently, the Korean negotiations are more complicated than the contract with the EU partners. This was explained to me by Paul back in September. There is no existing 3 to 4 year agreement and any argument to the contrary is pure bunk.
