Update on Merger with Cirque Energy

In our recent 2nd Quarter Filing, there was no indication that the merger of Green Energy Renewable Solutions (GERS) with Cirque Energy II, LLC had been completed.

As a clarification, the transaction is complete from a contractual standpoint, but was not on an accounting basis per auditor requirements. We had to file Amended Articles with the State of Florida to authorize new officers and directors and to issue shares per the contract. The filing with the State was done and as soon as the stamped copy is received the shares will be issued upon receipt. This will complete the transaction for reporting purposes.

We are operating on a combined basis and have been since the contract was signed in May. The name change to Cirque Energy is now official and we will file for the symbol change as soon as the documents are received from the State.
