Frogman, let's go back to my original question. Do we know what happened with the first licensee or not? You have claimed we do not know, and yet you are pushing a scenario inwhich you would have us believe that it was returned because it was deemed worthless. I said it was possible that the first licensee did not meet milestones (or as you pointed out I may have used the passive voice and said that milestones were not met, either way it IS the SAME meaning). You countered and put the words "could not meet" into my mouth. I'm not going to play that game.
If there were milestones we don't know what they were, and we don't know if the first licensee could not meet them, chose not to meet them, or did meet them. There are lots of possibilities.
Do you know what happened or don't you? If you don't know then I think it is reasonable that you admit that a number of possibilities exist.
I don't buy it when you say you don't know what happened but the first licensee must have returned it because it was worthless.
