Don't believe they were ever in Texas in the first place.
I sent a certified letter requesting a signature and it came back undeliverable. No such company at that address.
No working phone at the Texas address either.
Guaranteed Patience skipped town and probably the country.
He did his job, screw us out of our money, pass it on fraudulently to his other crook brother in Canada with all the Automatic Chinese Wok brainiacs, including Lopez and her Philipino partner in crime.

The oil companies will be out of business before these crooks get one working MRU if there even is such a thing. They still have no patent or patent number to prove one even exists.

We are into the 2nd month of 2016 and MEEXF has had "0" volume and holding it's current share price based on what, I have no idea.
The usual lies and bullsh.t are still being posted on WPWR, the other accomplice to this fraud, scam. The usual players keep posting old useless news about exclusive rights in Texas that don't exist.
Long term play according to Winemaker who does not even take into consideration the unbelievable dilution that has already taken place and there is more to come in 2016. Even if they had a MRU, which apparently they don't, at the final dilution rate of this stock it will be next to impossible for the shareholders to make even a nickel on their shares. Any profits will be absorbed by the Patience Brothers through a series of new corrupt shell corporations that will be formed later to control all the profits
if there ever is any.
We now have Major Oil companies being delisted from the S&P 500 and Winemaker also takes none of this into consideration. The oil companies are desperate to survive and would welcome anybodys MRU
and maybe they are secretly working on their own which will come to market first and MEEXF can shove theirs where the sun don't shine. Oil companies have scientists and engineers that work for them too.
