With oil as low as it is I'm guessing all the MRU stuff isn't very pumpable right now. Producers are going BK at an insane rate. Playing some of them is a better plan than waiting on this fraud to payout. At least the Tx side of the scam can be had at .0001 for a 100% if you can get out at 0002, which ain't easy these days.
