Excellent post Martin. Another good question is why there is no public record concerning the purported CGRA bond issue? Anyone can put up a web site on any subject they want. But, I believe even OTCQB and Pink Sheet companies are subject to legal requirements requiring public notice or filing, and publication of a circular and prospectus in connection with any issuance of bonds or other debt securities.
It was announced earlier today here that the "Bond just opened" i.e. that it is currently being offered and is open for trading. If such is the case, then there has to be a public record on the issuance and its registration, specific identifying numbers for the debt security which is open for trading, etc. Perhaps someone can run that information down and post any verifiable evidence and information as to any actual bonds currently offered for purchase and/or which are actually trading, including the symbol in the UK and European Bond Market, etc.
