The public company CGRA doesn't have to announce anything since they are non reporting currently.

Also since the website states November 9th this wouldn't have to be reported until the next filing which isn't due until April 9th.

Also, this isn't just any website. It's a very detailed and very nice website.

It wouldn't be put up for nothing.

Also, do we even know for a fact the bond is "open"? Per the website it's says Version one as of November 9th.
