It would be like getting blood out of a stone. There is nothing to sue as their funds are non-existent, so not worth any lawyers effort. Even with the new money on board it would be all gone by the time you won the suit.

It appears the shareholders that matter are happy watching the shares decline so they can increase their share count for pennies. I have held onto my shares because I believe at some point, when they have finished diluting and accumulating, they'll release news and let the pps increase. Another theory is they really don't know what they're doing and continue to throw away money. It's a gamble.

The CEO has not contacted Google to remove the "this site may be hacked" alert. Wasn't his background in sales and marketing? The company is paying promoters and publicists tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, but will not spend five minutes contacting Google to remove this alert which makes the company look like a scam or inept. Confounding.
