Umm, the prior whole BOD of DSUS left this scam shell, and incorporated in Wyoming under Phoenix UAS. Still looking for another shell to "merge" into last I checked.

Maybe they will actually merge into a shell that does not have over 8 million in liabilities coming after them this time.
