That letter to shareholders has got to be one of the worst most negative thing i have ever read about a stock and a reverse merger. It doesn't get any dirty than this for a shell.
They should of done their market research a little better. There are a good bit of clean shells. Find one that paid a divy as they wind down operations. And check any court records. But who knows how people can hide these things. It happens enough with reverse mergers. You see a co come in and snap of fingers they realize and leave. Ive seen a few find a clean shell after going into a dirty one and still make it public.
