Golden State is NOT a toxic financier...No way 3dicon gets toxics funds at this point.Not going to happen!! Recent update said nothing about toxic financing...its not going to happen!!!!

Going after toxic type financing would not fit even with a reverse split..This is basic 101 financing here. The company is seeking partnerships or an aqusition or some type of merger would would lead to funding,but not toxic funding along with a reverse split..
