Somebody pointed it out here, and I researched the comment. and found it to be true according to The Federal Trade Commission transaction Number 20160560 Date: January 8,2016, Blackstone Capital has Acquire SunEdison. Whatever it means I look for the good in it.Just waiting for the company to clarify This Federal Trade Commission Transaction involving Blackstone Capital and itself being acquired by Blackstone Capital. I think we as shareholders has a right to know what is going on. An Etrade Representative said to me it is an acquired after he looked up the info on the Federal Trade Commission Website. It is not on the market wires.
We will learn the truth more sooner than later. Just waiting for more answers to Clarify this. You should have your broker to look into this matter also, and ask them for yourself what does it mean.
