Spot on. Some folks don't know the definition of conversion. It simply means their preferred will convert to the 85% under the current SS. The raising of the A/S was for the debt holders then they dumped ( got paid) the 9/28 which UMS picked up 800 milly. The transaction is merely in escrow and waiting on the 8k for finalization. All set. Jmo.
