The way this trades, I almost think your right. It just seems like something about UMS picking up the 800 mil dump doesn't make sense. It would have had to be an orchestrated event with that debt holder on Sep 28th. Then, one would think that a 14c would have to be filed. This whole thing is complicated and a bit weird. Oh well, this anticipation is half the fun:)
