In case you weren't around, here is a Twitter exchange in which Schadel strings along what I assume to be a shareholder with that failed promo a year ago during billions of shares in dilution. Recognize anyone?

@jobicat the r/S is quite a ways off. It will take 3-4 mos 4 the sec to effect the s1. Plenty of time 2 clean up share structure
