Yoraces, you might have noticed I used quotation marks around the word "case". I think if BGL had a "case", it would have been resolved by now. SRGE/MSJ seem to be sitting in a better position imo. (I own both SRGE & BGL.....I've played both sides of the fence in other investments and it has worked out well for me in the past).
