As soon as we complete the S-1 process,

How can they be in the S-1 process, if they filed a withdrawal? And based on previous comments on this board, if the SEC didn't acknowledge it formally within 15 days, it was deemed an accepted withdrawal. That would be the end of the S-1 process. Is that not correct?

And they never re-submitted, did they? So, it seems to me that the "S-1 process" is all internal to LBSR.
