The S-1 process is complete when it is declared effective or when a RW is effective...as to the latter, that happens automatically in 15 calendar days absent any SEC comments...

nobody here knows if the SEC has provided comment on that process for whatever reason---the logical guess is they have...the other guess is the one you posit i.e. the company is lying/FOS...

the comment process vis-a-vis the SEC is not made public until the issue is resolved-thus only the SEC, the company, and perhaps the Shadow know:
