Now for the record, I don't intend to file suit unless Admin Shelly, Janice, pantherj or any other of his/her (can't quite make that part out...looks like a man in a dress!) handles has ANY access to my private information.
Admins most certainly "have access to" the information you used to register as well as all of the metadata (IP addresses, browsers, etc.) that you submit to the site. Users do not have any access to any of it unless you yourself share it with them or otherwise make it public. So, you go right ahead and file suit, at your own peril. I will be nothing short of delighted to add you to the Hall of Shame of those who went before you into that legal abyss.
I also want all my rights and privileges reinstated....this should address the immediate conflict of interest. The rest, I'll make up as I sleep on it.
You have no rights to be reinstated. Your currently suspended privileges are contemplated but not guaranteed (at this rate) to be reinstated on 01/20/2016 at 07:58:59 AM. A matter which lies at our sole discretion.
