Hmm, not interested in being humored. Fairly ticked off.... More interested in setting the record straight and seeing justice, as posted in the original post/thread.
Since we now know Janice has at least two, lets try three for $400. For example, panther is also Janice and Admin Shelly. I have proof she is...no wonder you didn't want to reply to my PM...he's/she's on your team!
You see, this creates a myriad of conflict of interests, nasty legal and criminal issues and such NOT explained in the ToS, but we'll stick to the ToS and Privacy issues for now.
So, when I post a ToS matter against a blogger known to work for ihub and I submit a ToS complaint. It appears to me, that same person I'm submitting the complaint about also reads my PM's in the complaint I've submitted. That's a breech of confidentiality, along with ...oh I don't know, ethics, integrity......violation of the ToS just to name a few. Not what I would consider an even playing field...you think!
My ToS complaints have gone unheard and all because there's no integrity. The same person I'm complaining about is answering the complaint and justifying why the post shouldn't be removed...interesting how this works yeah?
Now lets talk about the privacy issues. We know Janice Shell has been sued numerous times, it's posted everywhere. We know she's involved with known convicted felons-criminals, such as Anthony E, who was sent to jail for 9 years. See where I'm going with this yet? Prove to me (and everyone else) that my information is safe! You say your never use it....with your arrogance, attitude and condescending comments, who'd believe it? I'm in jail again over a major conflict of interest (see below), breech of ethics, your admission of ihub people having more than one account, which violates your own ToS and they're excused...yet it's not mentioned anywhere in the ToS...gee...can't imagine why. So prove to me, my name, and other personal information won't be divulged to any 3rd party. Want another example? Let me throw a couple names - initials at you I'm sure 100% your aware of who's lawyers requested specific private information about...of course to file suit against these people. Janice Evans-Shell works for JS and SA, former board members of IFUS. She's been named specifically named in the suit by her handle, pantherj (as I told you before and you so cavalierly refused to answer, what was the response?.... bullshit!...what was the other? "No response warranted?). There's another paid blogger in IFUS I'm quite aware of, that also works for Ihub, but lets stay focused on this paid blogger for a moment and the issue at hand.
Prove to me Janice the TV won't sell me and others out for $$$. She's paid to lie, twist, confuse and deceive people, so we're now seeing the sort of character we're playing with.
Another issue that already exists. "pantherj" is a blogger none the less and it's known He/She works for Ihub, JS and SA. That's now public record her employers answered in both their depositions and in answering their interrogatories. Since when does ANY blogger, paid or not, ihub employee or not have access to my personal information, name, address, contact information, credit card information and such? This breech of privacy already exists, he/she has access. Especially with her known associations and not so impeccable conduct (again, see lawsuits for slander, defamation of character, gross negligence, willful misconduct to name a few). If I recall there are federal and international statutes against this...I'm sure I've read this somewhere....might want to talk to my lawyer about this...so would others....let's try "class action" for $1,000?
Think I'm trying to be humored now? If you don't see the concerns I have, I'd suggest you contact your legal beagle and start asking the number of criminal violations ihub committed....
Now lets get back to the ethics. I'm sure it was Janice, Shelly and pantherj, same person, that had me suspended at least twice since I've been with Ihub. So since these three are the same, I'd say I'm in jail due to a MAJOR Conflict of Interest! One word from any of the 3 and I'm suspended?
Lets pool the jury while we're in jail. Lets see what the court of public opinion has to say about all this and these "exceptions" that you think we're trying to entertain ourselves with.
I can assure you I'm in no mood to be entertained. I want answers, assurances and this to be made right and btw, you haven't said "why" I'm back in here in the first place, except your nonsense post (s), considering your Satan and IH Admin Dan or IH Geek Dave. Now for the record, I don't intend to file suit unless Admin Shelly, Janice, pantherj or any other of his/her (can't quite make that part out...looks like a man in a dress!) handles has ANY access to my private information. I also want all my rights and privileges reinstated....this should address the immediate conflict of interest. The rest, I'll make up as I sleep on it.
Let me be blunt! If ANY of my information goes public or to any 3rd party Satan, there's no where you can hide that I won't legally come after you, ihub, Janice Evans-Shell man/woman...doesn't matter.....and the lake of fire and brimstone won't be enough justice for me. See how humored I am?
