I am not sure about surge, but bounce for sure. I think at some point, market will start looking at lower rig counts as less future production. As we keep reducing rigs, we will be helping to reduce the supply glut. Right now market still see lowering rigs as bearish for oil when in fact it is bullish.

i'm going to load SPY calls on next dip.
will watch UWTI calls for entry today or tmrw.

SPY dropping with it...
VXX rallying strongly now.
looks like SPY might retest LOD soon.

i'm flushing remaining puts when this dive finds footing.
then will load some jan15 SPY calls.
