Askj-- The simple answer is aggressive marketing. I've visited some of the countries where Actipatch is "available" in the Middle East and elsewhere. Sure, you can find it if you call a number and order it, but I've not seen a marketing strategy like those developing in the UK, Canada and Germany. The more the company invests in getting its story out there along with the product, the more sales will increase. It really is possible that this is the beginning of something good. Groundwork was done over the past years by gaining government approvals and distribution partners around the world. Now, one by one, the dominoes fall as serious marketing finally begins.
