I have no idea on that, but logic tells me if:

1. Both parties agree to be bound by the rulings of the PTAB - Caspar would wait. I can't see her wasting time on this until that is determined.

2. As Op1 mentioned, even Kidrin has no idea so I am not sure why you would think I would have a better view! LOL but thank you for the likely unintended compliment!

3. What happened to the Op1 post (I think it as his) that outlined his discussion with Kidrin - was it deleted? If so why? It was completely on topic, and helpful to all longs here in terms of the WDDD's CEO's views of the company -certainly very valid commentary.
