It's not difficult to confuse me regarding legal proceedings, but are you saying you believe that Casper will not rule on Alice until the PTAB matter is decided? Isn't it the case that if Alice goes against Worlds, the PTAB process would be moot? And if the PTAB ruling is favorable to WDDD, are you saying that Alice would be reviewed then? Kind of putting horse before cart, no? Why go through that somewhat expensive Patent Board process if World's doesn't meet the Alice test? Oh well, what the heck do I know ??? Thanks and GL.
