For those who will read this and correct me "please do so" I am looking at the filing from my phone so I probably missed something but, it would appear that they didn't have new notes between June and December 7th..
December 7th's money was contingent on them getting these last 2 filings out...
With that being said, any outstanding debt that was being block fromconversion "due to lack of filings" "sec rule whatever" is now not the case... they better follow up with some serious news or this gets ugly in a hurry IMHO...
Nothing make sense at this point to be completely honest... I hope they pull a big A$$ rabbit out the hat or else we are in a serious bind... This is when the "fun" begins
