i think they have been very careful on the legal side of things, i think they are fine on the debentures and PRs, where I question is that they stated multiple times in their filings that companys had been acquired and were subsidiaries, these were lies and not protected (I believe)

i told SS in a tweet he should be embarrased, he is an a$$
