That's what I think. Its those acquistions, and there were many noted, that were not true. And if I recall, two different owners of those companies said that those PR's were done to sell shares in their opinion.
I know of a CEO for a penny stock GHTI. His name is Flo Tiernes. He was sent to prison for a scam to sell shares. It was quite the talk of IHUB for a while about 5 years ago.
