Stop with the Zillow crap!!! That website has a huge lag time and is never accurate! Closed on an investment property six weeks ago.

Zillow or Zestiment =$113,000

I paid $142,000

THE ACTUAL APPRAISAL!! $148,000

Now did I just overpay by $29,000 or do I have $6000 of instant equity???

The first thing my realtor told me to do was to stop looking at that stupid website!!!!!!

It's was not paid in cash. It was paid in stock. They decided what the monetary value was. I don't care about that. I care about the companies value at the end of the day. That's what the pps will be based on.
