READ the update again Oct 8th 2015......Victor says ," The conditions to my funding of my committment to invest an additional 200,000 HAVE BEEN LARGELY SATISFIED ." Im satisfied its all going through just fine and ive already started partying and im buying TDCP...Im not the least bit fearful of this imvestment anymore than Victor is...IM BUYING!!!!!
