That does raise a good point about Serbia. The way the PR reads it makes the Serbia operation sound like they are under Pro Star Inc, thus they should also have been transferred to Hydrophi. If not that still leaves an opening for Pro Star in Serbia to merge with HTE. I guess the audited financials should clarify some of that.
