Baltia needs to 8-K its change of control issue, given the decedent had absolute control of share structure, sole voting rights, and complete control of the company.

Good luck finding out (unless on Tony Crowdfunder's oral selective disclosure list), because Baltia refuses to put anything in writing with the SEC.
I believe the restructure is a smart move to keep it within the team until they start operations. I would not oppose to the idea if they start looking for someone with CEO experience to bring in from the outside to keep it going and expand.
My only concern is the age of Russell Thal, as he is 81 years old. I'm sure he can carry the company to the certification, but can he carry it much further? That's the only concern I have.
