I believe the restructure is a smart move to keep it within the team until they start operations. I would not oppose to the idea if they start looking for someone with CEO experience to bring in from the outside to keep it going and expand.
My only concern is the age of Russell Thal, as he is 81 years old. I'm sure he can carry the company to the certification, but can he carry it much further? That's the only concern I have.
